Model Train Layout Scenery
Adding
Scenery to your Model Train layout is just as much fun as
tinkering with the rolling stock. Irrespective of your type of layout you will
find many items available to make your layout a realistic one.

TELEGRAPH
POLES

The telegraph poles are made from real wood beams
with a length of 100mm and a diameter of 2.3 mm. The cross-members with
the supports of the insulators are manufactured from 0.3 mm brass plate in
the photo-etching. The insulators are made of brass and are soldered to
the cross-member. The masts are painted with acrylic paint in the colour
of rosewood. The cross-member and insulators are painted with enamel paint
and the cross-member in brown matte and white matte in the
insulators.
The cross beams are means of
two straps mounted to the mast, resulting in excellent stability. The
switch boxes are manufactured from 0.2mm sheet brass, and also fastened
with straps to the pole, and the colour is dark grey. The platforms are
made of 0.3mm sheet brass and painted matt black.
The telegraph poles are available as roof poles for
houses, roofs, simple poles and simple poles with supporting pole,
A-shaped towers, twin towers, terminal poles, with cable / switchbox, with
working platform, with one, two, three or four cross
members.

TREES PRODUCED BY
THE MODEL TRAIN SHOP

The
Pine is one of the most common tree species. It grows to a height of 40
meters on all soils. The bark is dark gray in the lower trunk area and
cracked, and in the upper area the stem structure is smooth and
gray.
The Spruce is a tree which is characterized by spiny and
evergreen needles and usually reach up to 55 meters. They cover mountain
areas and form dense forests.
The Poplar is a narrow tree that can
reach 30 meters height. You can find them often on river banks and on
farms.
The Oak is a magnificent tree that grows in mixed forests
or alone in the fields. The oak has a distinctive, branched treetop and
can grow to a height of 50 meters.
The Beech grows in parks,
forests, mixed-forests and solitary. The trunk is smooth, gray and without
cracks. The beech tree can reach heights of growth up to 40
meters.
The Birch is a striking tree with drooping branches and white, smooth stem. The tree grows in mixed forests and parks. It can reach heights of up to 25 meters.

All bridges are mounted and do not require be
assembly. The bridges are made of metal. Permanently welded L-, T- and
U-profiles provide excellent stability.
